What we address

Programmes that address the underlying cause

Many children and adults who come to Helping Hand have been struggling for years. They have often tried other approaches without lasting results. The INPP method, Tomatis® and NeurOptimal® work differently — each one addresses the neurological foundations that other approaches cannot reach.

The programmes are drug-free, non-invasive and individually designed. They do not require a diagnosis. What they require is consistency — and the results, when they come, tend to be lasting.

Who we work with

Children, teenagers and adults

Helping Hand works with children, teenagers and adults of all ages who are not reaching their potential, or who are experiencing anxiety or persistent difficulties that are getting in the way of everyday life.

A difficulty does not need to have a diagnosis attached to it. What matters is whether the underlying neuromotor or auditory system is functioning as it should.
